Lubricants – Fluid Film Lubrication

There are different types of lubricants. We offer liquid film lubricant, elastohydrodynamic lubricant (AHL) and edge lubricant. Each engineering material support has its own unique characteristics and methods. There are usually two floors that need to be carried or moved. But connected (I’m satisfied with each other)

The moving surfaces in the liquid film coating are completely separated by distance. This area is covered with a liquid or gas-like film, which, in turn, creates a carrying pressure in the following lubricants. Squeeze the “hydrodynamic grease” film movement and external compression

In hydrodynamic lubrication (HLL),

The liquid separation is drawn into a wedge-shaped region by means of a self-pumping mechanism in which the coating moves. Both the pressure and the collision force losses in the film are the function of the viscosity of the oil. Also, the geometry and the cutting size depend on the specific carrier working conditions.

In general, hydrodynamic carriers are classified as bushes. (Or notebook sockets) and pressure sockets (compressed ball bearings) for loading older models. Magazine handles are radial carriers that are connected to the shaft of the machine. Magazine texture The back oil film on the shoulder or on the cover of the pressure carrier. Although these lubricants provide good support and low cost, their loading capacity is often not high compared to other types of lubricants.

Grease systems are designed to paint parts. Mechanical or industrial equipment reduces wear and tear, which can shorten the life of the equipment. The oil used to lubricate the machine works on a timer. Make sure the room goes smoothly. There are different types of lubricants to meet specific needs.

There are four most common lubrication systems:

One line walker

Single-line progressive systems have a timer that works by pouring oil or grease into the main distributor supply line to the corresponding unit or joint. Only one measuring piston is used for easy operation and control. Scores up to 150 points. The system is suitable for medium-sized applications such as printers, wind turbines and industrial compressors.

Single line grease

Due to the highly flexible options and modular design, the single-line mixing system allows for many types of installation. The system uses hydraulics to move oil or grease around the oil distribution network. This is a useful system for delivering flexible amounts of lubricants to different parts of the body. The machine is easy to use and automatically delivers the required amount of grease to the system. Single-line blending techniques are a good choice for small and medium machines in textile, printing, construction, etc.

Two-line grease

Two-line lubrication systems are available as an alternative to larger systems. The system uses hydraulic pressure to supply lubricants and is equipped with an efficient distribution metre. It is a versatile kit that can be easily moved up or down in heavy industries such as mining, paper, etc. Metal mills and cement factories are practical alternatives for machines at low temperatures.

Single point automatic lubrication

Single-point automation is useful for machines that require one-point lubrication and work well on specific components. The system is suitable for elevators. Transport belts, pumps, motors or other parts that require frequent lubrication. You can check Honda 125 Price in Pakistan
